Cory Clark Shay
Ray has coached elementary, middle, and high school students in competitive speech and debate for twenty years. His students have won hundreds of awards and accolades including national finalists and state champions on both the high school and middle school levels. The high school team Ray coached for 12 years earned National School of Excellence Awards from the National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) and the National Catholic Forensics League (NCFL) six times during his tenure. His teams were also recognized as the NSDA’s Valley Forge District Overall Team Champions twice, Debate Sweepstakes Champions twice, and Pennsylvania High School Speech League (PHSSL) District #11 Team Champions for 12 straight years.

In addition to coaching, Ray has experience teaching Introduction to Public Speaking, Advanced Rhetoric and Argumentation, and Performing Arts in classroom settings with groups of elementary, middle, and high school students. He also has experience providing individual coaching and tutoring to clients of various ages.
